According to the expert, when the war ends, the Ukrainian construction market will experience growth that has not happened, probably, for the last 10 years. Moreover, according to preliminary estimates by City Development Solutions, the volume of construction only for the restoration of residential facilities already exceeds the 5-year volume of construction of previous years.
